Five Dock LDV Offers

[TERMS & CONDITIONS]

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Italian Automobiles PTY LTD (“the Promoter”) at the following participating dealerships: Five Dock LDV.

2. Promotion Period

• Start Date: 2 March 2026

• End Date: 31 March 2026

• Purchases made outside this period will not be eligible. 

3. Eligibility

• Customer must purchase an LDV from a participating dealership during the Promotion Period.

• Vehicle delivery must occur on or before 10 April 2026

• Vehicle must be from the dealership’s existing stock pool.

• Fleet, rental, government, and wholesale purchases are excluded at the Promoter's discretion.

• Employees of the Promoter are not eligible. 

4. Entry Mechanics

Eligible customers receive automatic entries based on the following: 

• Standard Entry: 1 entry per eligible vehicle purchase.

Bonus Entries:

• Finance: +1 entry if financed through the dealership.   
• Aftermarket: +1 entry for eligible aftermarket products.
• Trade-in: +1 entry if a vehicle is traded in as part of the transaction.

• Double Entries: Specific LDV models (as designated by the Promoter) qualify for a Double Entry (1 additional entry). Entries are cumulative per transaction. 

• The winning entry will be audited to ensure number of entries equates to the actual transaction

5. Prize & Draw

• Total Prize: $10,000 AUD.

• Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for vehicle discounts unless approved.

• The draw will take place after 10 April 2026 via random selection.

• The winner will be notified via phone and/or email. 

6. Statutory Compliance & Promoter Rights

• This promotion is a trade promotion gaming activity conducted in accordance with the NSW Community Gaming Act 2018 and Community Gaming Regulation 2020.

• Right to Amend/Cancel: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries where fraud is suspected.

• The Promoter’s decision is final.
